the best...

last night was the jason mraz concert...and it was amazing (and i don't use that word a lot)! we were literally like 10 feet away from him and it was the best concert ever (and, i have been to a couple of garth brook's concerts and those were great too...but j.m.'s was at least as good in a different kind of way). not only did his voice sound great, but he's so witty & funny & unique & spontaneous...i'm just trying to give you a feel for what it was like. speaking of that...how many of you guys have been to one of his concerts? if you haven't gone, you HAVE to! even if you've never heard of him until right now, you have to go buy his c.d.'s...you can't not love him :).
i had a couple of times where i felt that "high school groupie moment feeling"...okay, so i was singing my heart out to the second song he played (i think it's called "all i really want to do is to love you"...okay i doubt the title's that long, but anyways)...like i think my eyes closed while i was singing for a second and when i opened my eyes the percussionist player (jimbay/drum guy) was looking at me smiling and when we made complete eye contact, he kinda smirked bigger and pointed to me...i think i blushed. now that i think about it, i wonder what i looked like... how embarrassing.
oh well, i'd do it again. oh...how i want to go to another one so bad! okay, i'm back to the real world now. anyways...i just wanted to get across how much fun we had. it was great...oh, and i took 3 really good videos & we're still trying to figure out how i can get at least one of them on my blog (the files are really big)...if/when we do, i'll put 'em up.

p.s.~to those of you who know both of my brother's...don't you agree that jason mraz looks like a blend of them..seriously, if you took their faces and meshed them together...you'd have jason (yes, we're on a first name basis :).  just an observation.
