one down...one to go
last year kaia learned how to "swim" (more like doggy paddle...but, at least she can keep herself afloat) so, she's doing a refresher course this summer...but leia has NO fear of the water so we REALLY need to get her swimming. they started swimming lessons yesterday & leia's still at the age where she's doing mommy (or daddy)-and-me classes, and derek didn't have to work yesterday so he did the class with her and i did it today... here are some pics from Day 1:

It was nice to bump into you guys today! Look at these girls ... they look fearless in the water!
Oh and Shan, I have the same bathing suit as you :)
We will totally do lunch soon! I just started grad school so I will let you know when I get used to everything.
We need swim lessons again this summer too. Kiara has been a little timid and not remebering all she learned last summer. Melania on the other hand gets mad when we hold onto her in the water. She tries everything she can to be free. LOVE Kaia's hat!
