We need more space soon!!!

For the last 8 months, we've been living in a very small condo (after selling our very small, 1,050 sq. ft. house last March). At first it seemed kinda nice...less to clean, no yard work unless you count watering potted plants, less drafty and cold ('cuz our old house was built in 1921 and had the cool, full of character-but-single paned windows)so, we don't have to bundle up just to walk from the bedroom to the kitchen anymore, don't have the lovely neighborhood cats peeing on our front door anymore (i know, gross!), no more worrying that kaia (and now leia) might be exposed to old paint that could've had lead in it (even though we pretty much re-painted every room in the house), now we have an actual grown up master bedroom that our cal king bed and 2 night stands and a big dresser fits in, instead of having the exact same size room as kaia's (9 ft. X 12 ft.), and best of all...2 bathrooms, yes!!!
But, i guess, if there ever was a "honeymoon" period here...it's over! Derek and i were going over some pros and cons about living here... i just went over some of the pros.
here are some cons...no yard for kaia to play in, you can't be more than 10 feet away from eachother (i guess that could be a "pro", if you want to talk to someone all the way on the other side of the house without having to move), the kitchen is the size of a cubicle and hard/not fun to cook in (at least that's my excuse for not cooking much, right now :), the only couch that fits in our living room is a 2-seater loveseat, so the only way for more than 1 person to lay on the couch together is to crank your legs up into a ball (last night was the first time that all 4 of us sat on the "couch" together, it was very cozy), in order to get to to our cars, we have to walk a couple hundred feet and hope that no one wrote "penis" in the dust on our car windows (again) and last but not least, it's be nice not to be woken up by hearing the upstairs neighbors getting busy. We're not asking for much, are we?
