i don't want to be a "bubble burster" for any friends who can't watch the finale to the Bachelor until tonight...but, it was ridiculous. i hope this doesn't give too much away, but...he's a jerk. i feel so bad for his little boy...he must be SO confused. okay, i'm gonna stop before i give too much away. kel...call me after you watch it. ;)

depressing.

i feel so bad for melissa, but i don't feel like he's a jerk. is he supposed to stay with her when he can't give all of himself to her and is thinking about another woman? who would want that? the guy is following his heart. it shouldn't have been done the way it was, but i'm sure that's the show making it happen that way. i think the show must put so much pressure on them to actually propose...that's the real problem. they were so not ready to be engaged- why can't they just agree to continue their relationship seriously and see where it leads? i wouldn't be disappointed as a viewer. i mean come on, you say you are in love with 2 women the final day- you're obviously heartbroken saying goodbye to one and then you turn right around and propose. the show is just messed up.
i'm actually kind of happy though, because i like molly way more and really like them together as a couple. although jillian was definitely my favorite from the beginning.
hi kris~i agree...i don't really think he's a jerk just for breaking up with her because it's better to figure out how he feels now than after they got married. but, i DO think he's a jerk for breaking up with her on t.v. and then she had to watch (backstage or on t.v.) him pour his heart out to & practically make out with molly 2 seconds after her broke her heart. i mean, the show couldn't have MADE him do this on natl. television....i'm sure he coulda' said no.
anyways, i have a feeling that the same think will eventually happen between him & molly...i doubt they'll get married. how knows though???

I agree with Kris. She said everything I wanted to say, so now I don't have to type it out. :) He didn't need to do it on t.v., but I also heard/read that this whole thing was all set up beforehand.
I thought the same thing.. I feel bad for the little boy.. he probably is really confused. :( It truly was the most dramatic conclusion ever. :)
